Kiki McKenzie

Kiki McKenzie's 'You do not have to be your mother' SS 2016 collection won the Medusa Graduate Collection; Best use of Colour & Cutting. Kiki's collection is an exciting sparkly collection of texture and colour using lace, giant sequins, brocade faux fur, satin, old fashioned fabrics mashed together in an inviting cacophony of vibrance.

MaryMe-JimmyPaul

Exciting textures, fabrics, acid colours, and POW! this is the work of MaryMe-JimmyPaul from the Amsterdam Fashion Week last month.

'MaryMe-JimmyPaul works with the area that exists between art and fashion. Taking inspiration from their own created stories, worlds, people and view on the current (and past) pop culture, they show fashion in a different way.
Constantly pushing the boundaries of shape, textures and colours, they raise eyebrows with their big, sculptural works that not only provide a surprising look, but also evoke a feeling. This feeling, or emotion, is one of the most important factors in the works of  MaryMe-JimmyPaul.'
