‘The Hum Between’ explores the fragile reality of honeybees in an ecosystem shaped by intensive agriculture and pesticides. Inspired by Sarah Mapelli’s performances with living bee swarms, the knitwear reflects trust, coexistence, and the hope for a future where bees can thrive again. This project was developed within a pedagogical partnership with Maison Christian Dior Couture and Alice Pärtelpoeg with no commercial scope.
