Gaze-activated dresses by Ying Gao II


Two dresses made of photoluminescent thread with embedded eye tracking technology that is activated by 
the spectators gaze designed by Ying Gao. Inspired by an essay by Paul Virilio in 1979 entitiled "the aesthetic of disappearance".  See the video in the post below. Ying Gao is a fashion designer and professor who lives and works in Geneva and Montreal.
