Michiko Koshido is the youngest daughter of Ayako Koshindo and one of three designer sisters. Her heritage is one of generations of garment making and traditional kimono making. Michiko learnt a great deal working for her mother but struck out alone, she moved to London and mixed ideas from Japanese techniques with rebellious, self expression of street style.
