Nadia Dafri

French artist Nadia Dafri expresses her creativity across many areas including fashion, accessories and household items. Her jewelry has many tribal influences and being textile is soft textural and luxurious. I do love the way that textile jewelry facilitates amazing fabric manipulation and experimentation

Wiebke Siem

German artist Wiebke Siem makes incredible textile art objects that have persona's from a fairy tale, fantastic anthropomorphic forms made from everyday textiles of suits and towels. Sculptures that have appear to have a life locked within them like a puppet waiting to be animated by human touch.

Cavalier II

This is the Dora Dress from Singapore-based kids design company Cavalier.
"Dora is my mom and the dress is homage to her. She’s a real classic dresser, hence the little black dress, but we believe that everyone has a wild side so we decided to give it a little twist with the rocker hands. On the rear neckline of the dress is an embroidered Mark Twain quote ‘My mother had a great deal of trouble with me but I think she enjoyed it." Angela Chong

Cavalier I

Sometimes designers of children's clothes get it so right, Angela Chong is one of those designers I love her 'Trip the Light Fantastic' range of stylish easy to wear, well-designed clothes.
“One of my biggest pet peeves is size and gender labels. I think if you look at a piece of clothing, if it speaks to you, it’s basically up to you to wear it however you want and in whatever size you want.” Angela Chong, Designer of Cavalier
